VCBF directors celebrate Park Board Cherry Tree Planting of 100 Akebono cherry trees in David Lam Park gifted by the David and Dorothy Lam Foundation.

Cherry Jam Downtown

The free downtown concert under the famous canopy of cherry trees at Burrard Skytrain Station, Cherry Jam kicks off the Festival each season with Vancouver celebrities such as Christopher Gaze, Bramwell Tovey and Bill Richardson announcing the return of Spring to the city. Top local talent are showcased against the magnificient backdrop of blossoms
