At the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival, we pride ourselves on building community and encouraging cultural diversity. We seek to build local pride and a sense of responsibility towards the individuals that make Vancouver and Canada such an inspiring place.
By choosing to volunteer with the cherry blossom festival, you have the opportunity to be ambassadors for nature and community that makes Vancouver so unique. You will have the chance to interact with individuals from a variety of ethnic, professional and personal backgrounds and are encouraged to form lasting connections and develop new networks.
In addition to the lasting impression you’ll leave on your local community, the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival offers volunteer training and project opportunities that will give you lasting tools for accomplishing your own goals.
Let’s work together to leave a lasting impression on Vancouver with the 2020 Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival.
For more details regarding these opportunities please contact Carol at [email protected]
The Festival is specifically looking for Cherry Scouts for every Vancouver neighbourhood. Cherry Scouts photograph and report to the Festival on the progression of the blossom so everyone can enjoy the show! To learn more about being a Cherry Scout please click here: Cherry Scout.
